What to change for CSS sheet for this?

I am using Zen Cart latest version.I want to set up my own sweet store.I have loaded default template of zen cart and now customizing it to suit my requirements.

I want to set up template like this one:

My quest. is: How will i shift the whole content area downwards so that my logo is up there a shown?In default the whole things including navigation links is on top.

This Add-On will move the navigation bar under the logo:

Hi. I recently bought the zen cart book and am trying to set up my webpage but it mostly just gives the easy stuff like configuring settings and very little on how to actually make the shop look the way that you want.

What i wanted to know is how to change individual boxes. for example I want to put a permanent picture at the bottom of the left column where the sponsors and zen cart ad is at and the book dont seem to tell you how to change the image at the top where the big banner powered by zen cart is located.
Am I missing something or is this actually something that is supposed to be easy to do? . Please tell me know how to do these things
