SORTING BY... + CUSTOMIZATION of PRODUCTS LISTING

Hello mates! :clap:
First of all, I am brand new to zen cart so please help me to get started on this)) I have managed to customize lots of things through css and my pages look good but there are still many things I don't know how to customize for the store. Here are the screenshots of my questions, I hope someone will give me tips on how to do those things.

1.(3.) How do i change "Sort by..." option in the drop down menu? In this example I wanted to get rid of 3 last items to sort by: Model, date added(new-old) Where and how I could do that?

2. In my product brief description I have two buttons that say "...more info" why does it do that and where i can have only one "...more info" that comes after the short description?

3. Why I do not have add to cart button right away ? And what can I do to have it here instead of just having the box for number of items "add XX amount" ?

5. When I ckick on "...more info" on the top left it shows "bread" two times, how do i get rid of it and have it displayed only once?

6. The last one .. :D I want to get rid of this option altogether "Please choose..." I dont need that, how do i get rid of those options? in this example, model and memory

   More info is due to this item having attributes that must be selected to complete an order

   Looks like you have edited/changed an existing product from the demo set and it has these added as attributes - - remove the attributes

Since you have selected a Template Monster Template and they take license changing normal ZenCart code/layout you will have to contact them about your issues
Due to their changing things all normal default things are probably not valid

well they told me that they dont know how to change it because its a part of zen cart)) so nobody can help me with this?? :shocking:

Get rid of the attributes as a first step

well they had it from the start, i guees they used it as default attributes, i just didnt know it would be pain to get rid of them ((
