USPS Shipping Module gives 406 not acceptable error

Hi, I recently installed Zen Cart on a client's site located here http://www.spaspices.com/shop

Version Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I have not done anything to this other then a few changes to the css file and uploaded some products.

My problem is that I am trying to setup the shipping and I am getting an error. In the admin I click on modules and then I click on United States Postal Service and I get a 406 not acceptable error.

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /shop/admin/modules.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

this error only happens on UPS and USPS I can click on any other shipping method in the modules and it works fine.

My client has a USPS account and wishes to ship the products this way using their flat rate. Can anyone help me so I can configure this please.

I appreciate you tying to assist. I downloaded the file you referred me to and uploaded it as the instructions indicate.

A "406 not acceptable' error is often triggered by mod_security rules imposed by the hosting company's webmaster / server-administrator.

I suggest you ask your hosting company what security rules are triggering the 406 error you're getting. They'll have to dig it up in the server logs that only they have access to.
