mega_tags.php updated but not showing on browser

Hi

I have a very interesting situation. I have edited the mega_tags.php file and changed the mega_title_line to what I would like to show.

When I open my site in the browser the Title doesn's show on the browser but if I check the source of the bage the <title>TeamTools Israel</title> exists in the rendered source

Suggestions??
