Some quick questions - Please help

I have a few quick questions... maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm selling a virtual product with no shipping.

1. How do I add a $25 setup fee for each item.
2. My quantity discount only effects the product prices after the quantity is achieved. How do I make it so it changes all of the prices to reflect the discount?
3. What is the best way to format the look of the product page? I want to add some text above and below the attributes... not just a product description.

I have a hard time believing that there is no insite into these minor issues. Ya'll are smart people... spread the knowledge;)

Make an Option Name called;
One Time Fee
Radio Button

Add an Option Value:
Set Up Fee
Default YES
Sort Order 10
Price Prefix +
Price 0
One Time 25.00

Now there will be a $25.00 fee regardless of the quantity ordered ...

NOTE: what text you use for the Option Name and Option Value is up to you ...
