HELP with installing Mostly Grey Template!

ok so I decided to switch from cubecart to zen cart, got it installed on my host server and I downloaded the mostly grey template from here which I would like to install. I followed the instructions (I think) to install it but when I go to my admin panel all it is showing is the "Classic contemporary green" layout as a choice.
Can someone here help me out and point me in the right direction?
I'm guessing that I did something wrong.

In the case of that template, you would create your override folders (naming them mostlygrey), then drag and drop the template folders and file into includes/templates/mostlygrey.

Then select the template in Admin - Tools - Template Selection.

After you have unzipped it just use your FTP program and go to yourstore/ includes/templates and then open the mostlygrey mostly_grey_css_template_dark_1-0 folder and then choose to only upload the mostlygrey folder contained within.

You have probably uploaded everything and forgot to actually open the mostly_grey_css_template_dark_1-0 folder first.

Don't upload the entire downloaded folder and just upload the folder called mostlygrey to the above mentioned templates folder.

The overrides folder is already made for you and thats the one i just mentioned.

Common mistake and one i used to make.
