Checkout Confirmation Errors

I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.8, and it's a fresh installation. The problem with my checkout confirmation started last night, and I haven't changed anything for a few days.

I'm getting a bunch of "Notice: Undefined property: .... on line XXX" error messages. You can see them at www.marshome products .com/index.php?main_page=checkout_confirmation

I can't figure out how to fix these errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I turned the errors off on the page by setting E_NOTICE to none, but I still would like to correct the errors. Attached are screen shots of the errors. Any help would be great!
