Change shipping text at checkout

I use the per unit perweight shipping method.

When someone checks out shipping is displayed as "Per Unit (Best Way):". I want to change that to display "Shipping & Handling:"

I changed includes\languages\english\modules\shipping\perweightunit.php to

define('MODULE_SHIPPING_PERWEIGHTUNIT_TEXT_TITLE', 'Shipping & Handling:');
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_PERWEIGHTUNIT_TEXT_DESCRIPTION', 'Shipping & Handling');
define('MODULE_SHIPPING_PERWEIGHTUNIT_TEXT_WAY', ' ');

But that had no effect.

That should work. Are you changing the right file?

A link to your site would help a lot.

OK it looks like it took.

Maybe it was just stuck in cache

How can I get rid of the () since I no longer have Best Way?

Did you ever figure out how to remove the ()? I am having the same problem.
