Accidently Paying By Gift Certificate/Coupon?
Every once in a while, we have a customer who has trouble going through checkout. After trying to process their order with a credit card three or four times, suddenly they complete their order by choosing: Gift Certificate/Coupon as their payment method. But according to our customers, they didn't choose this at all. They state it skipped past the payment page and selected this for them. I haven't been able to reproduce the problem, but it has happened with more than 5 different customers.
Any ideas? I am using a 1.3+ store.
