Zone Rates Shipping.. Am I on the right path?

Hi guys, I have used the FAQs and read some threads on the site. I hope I am doing this right......

For my shopping cart, I would like to have 3 rates: (I am in the USA by the way)

Zone 1
US shipping if less than $50 is ordered, the buyer pays $5 for shipping.
If more than $50 is ordered shipping is free.

Zone 2
Canada shipping if less than $50 is ordered, the buyer pays $6 for shipping.
If more than $50 is ordered shipping is free.

Zone 3
Everywhere else: shipping is $10

So under zone rates shipping I set this info:

Zone 1 Countries
US

Zone 1 Shipping Table
49.99:5.00, 50.00:0.00

Zone 2 Countries
Canada

Zone 2 Shipping Table
49.99:6.00, 50.00:0.00

(Havent set up Zone 3 yet)

For everywhere else use 00 for the Countries and set your rate for:
10000:10.00

NOTE: if you do not see a reference to the 00 for all other countries, you need to save your settings and do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure ...
