Hosting Service recommendation?

As it is looking like my hosting service will not get my web site server up anytime soon I need to start considering another service. Any recommendations (please NOT from the vendors or hosting service employees themselves as this resulted in BAD service before) are most appreciated.

I am not sure if there is a specific section here for hosting service provider discussions.

I personally don't use any recommended as I have my own server, but I trust the zen gurus!!!!!:smile:

The devs prefer that such recommendations be made by PM.

In the meantime, check the 'Certified Hosts' at the top of this page.
