Im getting a warning at the top of my website

i am getting this warning on my website... Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

and i have Database Patch Level: 1.3.6

what is wrong please help

Then you need to upgrade your database to the same level, using zc_install and ensuring that you select the upgrade and not the installation option.

i did that i hit upgrade database when i put that version in i upgrade from 1.3.2 i think and installed it then i did the patch and then i deleted the data file for install and still get the warning

i did the upgrade again and this is what i have...
Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Patch: 1::
Database Patch Level: 1.3.7

and i still get the same error that i posted in the begining can someone help please

run the upgrader again.....you need to step through the upgrade multiple times to bring the database up too current.
