Where to get Tutorial or Help file for Zen-Cart?

I remember seeing a extensive tutorial/help file for Zen-Cart couple months back. If I remember right, it was located inside the /docs folder. But I can't find a extensive help file in there.
By extensive, I mean, a help file explaining each and every term used in zen-cart admin mode.
Example, a full description and usage for "Product Price (Net)".

if your product is priced at $10.00 then Product Price (Net) would be 10.00

That was an example question.
What I really need is the entire tutorial describing each and every field.
I knew I saw it before somewhere, and I thought it came with the zen-cart download. But, I cannot find it this time.
If there is no documentation, how am I suppose to know what each field means? Sorry, I cannot read the mind of the programmers.

So I can know what values to enter. For instance, "weight". How do I enter 5lbs 7oz? Again, just an example.

Weight must be entered in one unit. You can't have 5lbs 7oz. It has to be either all lbs or ozs or kg or mg...

So, adding to that ... if you want partial pounds, convert them to a decimal amount.

All the fields used in entering products are discussed on pages 165-173 of the eStart Your Web Store With Zen Cart book, and the rest of the 398 pages talk about other areas of the admin as well as managing the store on a routine basis, and more.

i will be purchasing the book soon then.

Thanks, DrByte. It was late when I was typing that answer (pretty much on my way to bed at the time) and I didn't think about entering something like 1.5 lbs in place of 1lb 8 oz.
