Instructions on creating a new product type?
We are creating a new site using Zen Cart 1.3.8a, the products that are being sold have common features that need to be displayed in a table format. Some of the information that needs to be displayed would be strap size, strength, yeild, weight, finish.
I have been searching for instructions, or a how to, on adding a new product type that could contain all the special fields needed. The EZ start book is not detailed enough. Is there an add-on that will ad new product types? Any references to step by step instructions, a book, anything to get me started would be great.
