Spacing between products

I am trying to figure out how to change the spacing between the products. They just seem to be right on top of each other. I need a very simply way becuase i am not that good at this yet. If there is a way to do it in my admin section that would be the best.

It can't be done in Admin, but we'll need a link to your site to see what you have now.
