Table Rate - weight certain items no ship method
The Products Models were defined as GIFT-10, GIFT-25, etc
That would be the culprit.
I will push to the site owner that they may want to get away from their current model because I wondered the same thing you are mentioning. I was especially leery of having an expiration date since money had changed hands in order to get the voucher.
Thanks for helping me get a handle on this, I probably should have approached it from the proper Gift model as opposed to the customers current model. I probably would have caught the issue rather than comparing items, categories, etc. looking for any sign of setting difference being the issue.
