Re: blank page after "successful" install on remote server

i went ahead and downloaded debug_error-logging utility and followed instructions. This is myDEBUG log:

[21-Jul-2009 22:28:26] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/asfresha/public_html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 782

here is the block of code around line 782 with line 782 highlighted:

// nl2br() prior PHP 4.2.0 did not convert linefeeds on all OSs (it only converted \n)
function zen_convert_linefeeds($from, $to, $string) {
if ((PHP_VERSION < "4.0.5") && is_array($from)) {
return ereg_replace('(' . implode('|', $from) . ')', $to, $string);
} else {
return str_replace($from, $to, $string);
}
}

Hopefully someone will see what's wrong with it as i surely cannot

Thank you

If you look at that file on the server side, you'll probably find that the file is incomplete, probably due to a failed FTP upload.
