a problem connecting to our database

when visit our website, the below error occurs.

There seems to be a problem connecting to our database.
please give us a few minutes to redemy the problem. thank you.

It's a problem of zen-cart system or the host problem?
How to fix it?

Could be either - check your configure.php files to ensure that the database server/name/user/pw info is correct. If they are correct, then its likely a host problem.
