Invoice Custom Product Cost for Payment
Hello,
My shopping cart has a product that is really a service charged by the hour. When a customer selects this 'product' they get charged a fixed deposit amount and are told that we will quote them a price and invoice them separately for the balance. Currently we are doing the quote and billing outside of ZC.
Ideally I would like to have the ability to create this quote and invoice the customer through ZC.
The quote would be for the same product every time. The only variable here is the cost (based on an hourly rate).
Would really appreciate any ideas. I've searched the forums and still cannot find an answer.
