add new payment module for direct bank deposit?

How can I add a new payment module for people who want to make payments by depositing payment to a bank account?

"Just add the relevant files of this module to the corresponding folders of your store."
Can you tell me what the corresponding folders in my store is?
Also, how far do I open the files before I upload them?

Just unzip the mod zip file, and drag and drop the 'includes' folder to the root (top directory of your site with your FTP program.

Thanks for the help. It seems to work.
However, I have a weird computer question.
When I uploaded this "includes" file to my website using FTP why did I not overwrite the main "includes" file of the same name.
Basically I uploaded this file to my website in a place that had the same name and now both includes files still work.
Also, how did my website know where to stick this "includes" file as I would have expected to have to stick it into some specific path rather than the file magically going in the right place?
I tried this with a practice website that i have and I just want to make sure that i never messed something up and did it right before I try it on a completed website.
Sorry, I am not the second smartest tool in the shed when it comes to computers and this seems to easy to me. I must have done something wrong

'includes' is a folder, not a file. Files are overwritten, folders aren't, since they're just places to hold files.

This module is pretty old, has a lot of issues around it and isn't compatible with 1.3.8 as far as I can tell from the complaints.

Is there a newer version???
