Tag Line under header picture

Ok, I goofed but I really like it.

Before I made custome templates (now have and am using) this is what I had happening:

header image 750x250 px in the top of the page
header background box - black

between image and bottom of box - nice black line with the tage pefectly fitted into it.

That's the goof - works ok pc not mac.

It made my store look uber cool and classy :laugh:

Now what I want to do is make it a PERMANENT feature

Header image black line with my store name on it.

Any ideas how I could reproduce it?

just to close this one down - I made the image bigger and did it that way - what I saw on the PC was not replicated on a mac so I went for the image choice instead.
