arg...help...stylesheets suddenly stopped loading

Out of the blue the stylesheets stopped loading on a website

I followed the directions in https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=235
(part 2) but it didnt help.

I'm getting lots of errors in my error log as well

for example:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/sqlite.so: undefined symbol: ps_globals in Unknown on line 0

any help?

Ask your hosting service if they've made any changes lately.

ok, that was it. They had done some kind of upgrade and had changed something. They figured out what and fixed it.
