Button missing on page to allow customers to delete address book entries?
I have a really weird problem. When a custom logs in, they can edit or delete addresses (they can have up to five addresses) If a customer tries to delete one of the "extra" addresses (not primary of course), it sends to a page to delete the address.
It asks...
Are you sure you would like to delete the selected address from your address book?
But there is no button to confirm or say yes. There is actually, nothing on the page to click.

How do I put a "yes" or "confirm" button on this page?
