have failed moving from /shop/ to root please help :(

Hi, and first of all really sorry as I realise this question gets asked daily... I have spent the last 2 hours playing and searching the forums and redoing the tutorial for this but had NO luck.

I egt the whole 'Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™." etc on both my main and /admin dirs now. I am sure its a simple line somewhere but think I have seriously screwed something and its very frustrating, giving me a headache now :(

I am not even sure what paths to put in there ... I know its '/' for some but the ones that need a complete path what do i put? the path in my ftp program url bar which is /www/ or the full path /public_html/www/ or the web ur /www.domain.com/

Am very confused. :(

OK, have managed to get the front end going but still cannot get the admin page up..... any common errors on this one?

Posting, from the server, the two files, without your username and password for:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

would make it easier to help you spot the problem ...
