I need 2 additional customer-address fields

Hi,

I've tried to find an answer to my question on how to add additional address fields to Zen-Cart. I've tried using the mod at http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=587 which doesn't work and also tried following details listed for a democacy website that required further doner information, but I was unsuccessful with either of these.

What I want to do and why.

On the Zen-Cart LogIn screen there are two fields:

Street Address:
Address Line 2:

I need to add Address Line 3 and Address Line 4. The reason is that for people paying using NOCHEX, the address details sent from Zen-Cart to NOCHEX must match exactly the address details held by the credit / debit card company. Normally this isn't an issue, but occasionally I get a customer that has a particularly long address and if those details are all held on separate lines/fields with the CC company then in must be set the same in ZC. Putting two parts of an address on one line with a ',' in between gets rejected by NOCHEX

Any help or points on how I can resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
