Cannot add new Manufacturers Please help

Hi all Zenners i am having trouble :(:(

I cannot add new manufacturers or new Catergories to my store since doing the security patch again. When i try it takes me straight back to Admin Home.

Can someone please help me.

Can you please delete this thread as i have worked it out. I was adding the security patch to includes/function/html_output

instead of admin*****/includes/function/html_output

Thanks for the update that the security patch caused an issue when loaded incorrectly ... this will help others with similar problems ... :smile:
