Set stock level / quantity to a product

Hi guys,

had a search but cannot find / do not know how to rephrase this question.

My product has three options for user to buy

(Small, medium, Large)

But when i create product it only has option to show total quantity.

How can i set this so it shows LArge (5), Small (3) etc..
