How do I add attribute settings with $ value to categories and not just 1 product

I have 1000+ products to add and I have to add attribute wit $ value one by one, this could take me months..

is their an option were i can add attribute with dropdowns and $ value to an entire category? so it bulk adds everything to the products under the category?

No there isn't. And you're right it would take ages to do each on individually through the Admin. Sounds like it would be worth getting to know a bit of SQL, since this would be the way to add them in bulk.

that really sucks - you know anyone who has a module? or know sql?
