Add to Cart box -- change to button only?

hey all,
i would like to know how can i change the Add to Cart format from a box with field to type quantity, to just Add to Cart button with default quantity, and from the product info page or cart view change the quantity later?

I removed the quantity amount for my products so they can ONLY click on add to cart. But when they go to buy the product.. the quantity feature is visible and they could purchase more if they like.
This feature can be turned OFF in your admin area.
admin > config > product listing > Display Product Quantity > set to off or "0" (Path from Kobra post)

If you have a quantity minimum or maximum value that a customer must purchase then edit 'Product Qty Minimum'. Just edit your product and you will see option there.
Catalog > Products> your product.
