Help with footer link separator

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the footer link separator. I change it in Admin-Ez Page settings, but it still shows up as spaces on the website (not matter what I change it to in admin).

Now, awhile ago before I realised it could be changed in the admin, I may have modified the orgional php file. what is the origional code to show the separator, and what file is it in?

What exactly was the name of the file you edited?

You may have to manually add it in footer.php located in the common file.
The separator only works for Ezpages, correct me if I am wrong.
