Download products?

Hi

Is it possible to download the complete product catalogue / prices etc from a site using zen cart if you dont have access to the admin side of things?

The company that was looking after my brothers zen cart site has gone out of business. He cant get in touch with anybody from the company to get the passwords etc so he can take over updating the site himself.

Is it possible to download everything so he wont have to start from scratch?

even just the product images would be a help. The shop has over 10,000 product images so right clicking on each individually is something he wants to avoid if possible.

Any suggestions?

Short answer. no. I've seen cases like this, and usually the hosting company will work with you if you can demonstrate that the site is yours (domain ownership, hosting bill-to, etc).

If he is the owner of the site and hosting account, he should know the control panel login - that would let him use FTP, which would allow him to download all the files.

Thanks, i was afraid of that. Everything is in the other company's name at the moment, they were in the process of transferring it to my brother but as far as we can tell nothing was actually transferred.
