My new customers can't create an account.
New customers can't create an account. The link is missing on my checkout page.
Plus there's some "Record Companies" table at the bottom of the page that I didn't add.

I looks like we may have been hacked. We got an order from an existing customer yesterday and the comformation email had this in it:
