Customers can't use "Forgotten password"!
Hi
I really need some serious help. I just recieved an email from a customer who had tried out the "lost passford" function but without recieving a new one. I checked the attached email the customer had recieved from my store and hell, there was no new password in there.
I tried to reset two of my "testing accounts", but with the same result. One of the accounts is using Gmail, another one Hotmail. I've tried both text and HTML.
Here's what I get in the e-mail.
A new password was requested from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx [the IP] . Your new password to [MY STORE] is: After you have logged in using the new password, you may change it by going to the 'My Account' area."
I'm using the swedish language pack, but it translates as above. There is nothing after "... new password to [the store name] is:".
I've installed the Master Password Encrypted addon and can login to the two testing accounts using my admin password, but I cannot change the customer password using the same. The red error square pops up stating "the password doesn't corresponds to the password in our database" (roughly translated).
Is this a issue regaring the translation pack? I've checked the forgotten_password.php under /english/ and /swedish/ respectively, and they match up:

Now I cannot even log into my testing accounts using the orignal passwords because I've tried reseting them.
