Allow users to add a second account w same email address?

Although I'm hoping to resolve my "Forgotten password" (link: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=762261#post762261 ) issue a.s.a.p. my customer really needs to be able to log in.

Can i somehow allow customers to create a second user account using the same email address? I've searched the board ang Google, but came out empty handed. As of now the red error bar pops up when you're trying to add a user with a email address already found in the database ("The email address is already in our database, please try again").

Not really. Any system where customers login needs a unique identifier as the key to looking up their password (sorry I know that's an issue) and other account details. For Zen Cart that is the email address. It's pretty embedded into the way in which Zen Cart works.

I guess whilst sorting out your password forgotten issues, you might want to consider the checkout without account add-on.

Several options but this is the easiest for you to resolve it quick:

1. install master password module to login your customer account with your admin email, then reset the password for him/her

Thanks for the replies guys, but the issue has been sorted out in the main thread. I only had to change Configuration --> Minimum values --> Password to something larger than 0.
