two installs on the same server paypal and authorise.net

I'm looking to put Zen Cart on a server that has Zen cart installed. The web sites will be seventhdow.com and ebooks.seventhwindow.com. The fist Zen Cart install will have authorize.net and the second will have paypal IPN. Would there be any issues? Each install would have its own folder and database.

Since they're both entirely separate installs and databases, there should be no issue with using different payment gateways on each.
