Shipping set up advice - FREE SHIP products, but not to EU

Shipping set up advice - FREE SHIP products, but not to EU

Hi

Just airing my issue to see if anyone has any solutions to this shipping set up.

It seems quite a basic shipping set up, but, cannot find a suitable solution with the available shipping modules.

Some products are set up as FREE SHIPPING per product (FREE SHIPPING! module is activated.)

The shop is UK based but now ships to EU (also have EU VAT module installed and enabled).

Shipping non FREE SHIPPING products works fine, flat rate of £30 is charged, using Zone Rates module.

However, when an EU customer tries to checkout with a FREE SHIPPING product, they cannot and they get 'we cannot ship to your region at this time'.

I have two zones set up, EU and UK and, as stated, works fine for non FREE SHIPPING products. I am currently using Zone Rates and FREE SHIPPING! modules - can anyone suggest a solution to this, possibly utilising other shipping modules?
