54 diffrent Size what to do?

the item that i have put up has 54 different sizes
36s - 56s......18
36r - 56r.......18
36L - 36L......18
....................----
.....................54 total

I need to figural out the best way to put that up. havering one drop-down menu with 54 sizes is does not look good.
I wish i could have 3 drop-down menus under Sizes but doesn't seem doable.
any ideas on a way to put up all the sizes?.

Thanks again but nop to use that you also need to install "Stock by Attributes" mod which lets you keep stock value for each size. Something about having stock value for 52 different sizes does not seem good.
