New Products For August - Showing all months

New Products For August - Showing all months

Ok on my home page i have this current months items.. when i create a new item i put in the DATE that its available..

So I then think that zencart will know i got it say in July.. as i have put in say 30 July products..

now its august.. and i just entered in 4 new products..

But when i go to my home page it shows New Products For August products that were never entered in for august.

Also to when i go back to my item in the admin section.. the DATE is NO LONGER there.. is this a bug of some sort?

Any info will be great..

Limit the New Product Listing to
0= All Products
1= Current Month
7= 7 Days
14= 14 Days
30= 30 Days
60= 60 Days
90= 90 Days
120= 120 Days

Yes, that should change what's shown as new products. I sometimes change the setting if the site owner hasn't sent me new products to add or I haven't had time to add any.

Do you know why The Date Available: doesn't show after you come back in to the product?
