shipping and returns in info area.

I have been trying to put the shipping and returns. I created the text in word pad and copied and pasted in to the text area. I then chnaged things the way I wanted it with headlines, color text, size of text, etc. I have tried many time to do this and it has not worked. On the cart it is not showing up the way I put it in. Copying and pasting from a word processor isn't the way to add content to Zencart. Better to use the Define Pages Editor, which has HTML capabilities, or use plain text, then add the HTML manually.

Exactly. When I look at the source of that page, I see a lot of styling stuff that was added by Wordpad.

Copy and paste the content from Wordpad into Notepad to remove all that, paste it fron Notepad into the Define Pages Editor, then style it there, or manually.
