Attributes as Individual Products

It is my understanding that we can not set individual model numbers for each attribute so Im setting them up as individual products, however, I am concerned with seo. I do not want to keep having the same description of different size of product. Any suggestions on how I can do individual attributes as products without hurting seo?? Thanks.

It will be hard, I think 1 option is to have different description. Another option is to use canonical url.

I have a similar problem. I would also like to set individual model numbers for each attribute but understand that we can't do that. I have sets of sheets. I was able to set the attributes so that the customer can choose color and size. Do to the fact that not all sizes are available in every color what I need is to have them choose color then size, allowing me to eliminate from the size list those options that are not available in the chosen color. Can this be done?
