Need some help, site giving away free shipping. Eek.

I have my site set on Zone Rates.

Enabled to true
Calc method weight
Tax class, taxable goods
Tax Basis, shipping
Sort order 0
Zone 1 US, CA (only want to use the table rate for those countries)

Zone 1 table
5:2.53, 10:3.38, 13:3.89, 16:5.30, 32:8.19, 48:10.57, 64:12.79, 65:7%

Problem is... if they have over teh 65 units of weight, its charging them nothing.

Their invoices say shipping rate cannot be determined at this time.

Obviously something is wrong but i have been staring at this for an hour and looking in the forum and i got nada.

Set your last one to 10000:7% ... that way there is a setting beyond 65 ... :smile:

Don't feel dumb ... you would be amazed how many don't even bother to test the shipping limits ...
