How to fix cURL installation problem:28 on XAMPP ?

Hi everyone,

I am fresh in Zencart, and recently decide to install Zen cart in my local machine Windows XP with XAMPP 1.4.16 . According to the process from e-Start Your Web Store with Zen cart book, but always appear a problem: resolving host timed out . I confirem many times ,even try in Vmware machine.:( Is there anyone here can fix this problem for me . Thanks in advance.

Now it works . I think Maybe the apache service was on which was left by previous XAMPP uninstall. Very apprecited :P
