TOC layout on an EZ Page

Hi! I apologize in advance if this has been answered elsewhere or if this is not the right place to ask. If not just direct me there and I will go.

I have an issue with the layout of my EZ page. I have set up an instructional chapter.

I have looked in the FAQ's and managed to turn off the side boxes, as well as changing the CSS file and the tpl_page_default.php

What I can't figure out is how to change this so that the TOC is at the top. It appears to be in columns which I don't want.

I would like to see the TOC at the top and the info beneath it.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
