Color Changes to "Sales Message Goes Here"

Need some help locating the code in the Stylesheet.css that changes the color and font of the "Sales Message Goes Here" text in Zen Cart?

I'm using the latest version 1.3.8 and using the stock green classic template.

Third, you shouldn't be using the "stock green classic template". Create your own custom template or all your changes will be lost with the next update/upgrade.

Now to your question... you can change the color of the message by adding this to your stylesheet (includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/stylesheet.css where YOUR_TEMPLATE is the name of your custom template):

#tagline {
	color: #000000;
	}

It will make the text black. Adjust the color as you wish.

Got the same issue here with changing the color ot 'Sales message goes here' in the header 
i have been to 
zencart/include/templates/classic/css/stylesheet.css
where 
#tagline {
	color:#ffffff;
	font-size: 1.5em;
	text-align : center;
	vertical-align: middle;
	}
i changed the color
               color:#0707ab
and saved the file
and saved through ftp and refreshed the page but still color is not same as before 

if any guide on this issue please
