Logo for Newsletter?!?!

Right now when I sent a newsletter there is no logo. its just says "logo". I went to /email/header.jpg to change it but was just icons. How do I change it to my site logo??

Not sure if this will help you, however, I was having the very same issue with emails when a customer made a purchase. The header image was only showing a x and would show the text as "logo". I tried everything you have, also searched the forum and followed EVERY piece of advice given...the logo just wasn't showing.

Then I tried this: I changed the image from a jpg to gif...now my logo shows up. Not sure why the jpg wasn't showing, but the gif worked for me. Try it. Make sure to change the jpg to a gif inside the email html file too. Who knows, maybe this will solve your issue.
