Re: Specials not displaying on page

I can see your specials in the sidebox on the left hand side. Do you want to show the specials as well over or under the new products on the main page? You can activate this in the Admin section under Configuration > Index Listing. Change the 0 to the postion. Make sure your positions are unique numbers otherwise it will not work properly

Re: Specials not displaying on page

When we click on the link in the drop down menu the specials are not on the page. The page has:

Specials
Displaying 1 to 3 (of 3 specials)
Displaying 1 to 3 (of 3 specials)

Re: Specials not displaying on page

Get the Debug Tool from the Free Software Add Ons ... it should be able to tell you what file is causing the error ...

Also, switching to the Classic Template will help you determine if this is in your Custom Template ...

They can't. They modified the Classic Template without using the override/templating system.

Re: Specials not displaying on page

As you were told in another thread, you don't rename the folders. The correct way is to create your own folders (with a name of your chosing) and copy the files you want to modify into those folders. You can probably still do that if you remember what you modified or can identify the files. Check the information in the Tutorials/FAQ about setting up your own custom template.

Avoid the rookie mistake of copying everything in every folder. It'll make identifying changes that much more difficult.

Anywhere you see a /classic folder, you can create a folder for your custom template.
