Order Confirmation email usually works but sometimes not?
I have been getting order confirmations and extra CC number emails regularly, but every now and then a customer's extra CC number email comes through with no order conformation. I have to go into the admin CP to see what they bought. This is very infrequent, it has only happened twice now. But thats twice too many. Anyone have any ideas as to what might cause this?
