Page goes blank after Add this To Cart is pressed.

Hi,

I have had my site setup for a few weeks. Today i finally ask people for feedback and gave link to my site. Everything was working fine early this morning but now when i go to press the "ADD TO CART" button to add a product to the cart the screen goes blank.

If i press the back button i can click on "cart" and the item is there but it's not returning a page once add to cart is pressed.

The only changes made was;

1.) I added a PAGE 2 and added an embedded youtube video to show how to use the store
2.) I changed titles but the store was working after that
3.) I changed from 1 template to a different one since people complained about the color of the screen.

(I think that is when the problem happened)

I am so confused as to why this would happened (would changing between template affect the content? I know to turn on certain sidebars, etc. but should it affect something so that add to cart doesn't work correctly.

When I press submit this is what shows in the URL but again the page is blank.

but again the screen is blank. i tried adding items to the cart from 2 different machines.

So did you ever find out the problem? I'm having the exact same issue.

I also changed the page title, but I change a gazillion different things too. And even after putting back the old meta_tag.php and index.php it's still giving me the blank page.

Same answer applies to your situation. Use the indicated utility to report where the PHP problems you created are happening.
