Which table are text attributes stored in?

I am trying to find where the fields the customers enter in their data for text attributes are stored. Any ideas?

I found the info - they are in the orders_products_attributes table under products_options_values. How do I access them? They are stored in Binary format. I need to create a report based on the attributes. Any ideas?
