Free Shipping over $250 restrictions apply

I would like to make my store have free shipping on all orders $250 but have restrictions on the oversized items. There are a few larger items that would not have free shipping and with the free shipping option I cant get it to work. It seems you can only choose from one-total, weight, or item count. Any idea how i can work this out?

Do you have something that distinguishes these "over sized" products from the other products to know when to include or exclude the Free Shipping on orders of $250.00 ... :unsure:

Yes by weight. When I enter the weight for the product most larger items over 50lbs would be excluded.

I found that "free shipping rules" in the add ons, so I think that may work.
